SERVICE DETAILS

Monthly service plan includes appliance, technical and account support, and any necessary repairs to the appliance. To start service, a credit card is required. Credit card will be automatically billed every month, on the day service began, for the amount listed on the website. Sky Water may change monthly billing date at their discretion, upon request. Customer invoice will automatically be emailed every month to the email address provided. All account information, invoices, and payment information may be securely viewed and edited online by logging into your account. Plan may be cancelled, or changed at any time online, or by contacting Sky Water. Sky water technician will swap or uninstall, and return old equipment. Eligibility for monthly service is contingent upon customer being a business, located in current Sky Water service area, availability access to proper water source, and customer not being in poor standing with Sky Water. Installation and delivery will be additionally billed on first invoice for amount listed at checkout. Filter changes are not included in monthly service plan. Customer may select between professional and self installation, and frequency of changes.
